We are pleased to inform you that we are now shipping within Austria, Germany and Italy with Swiss Post (or postal partners DHL in DE and EURODIS in IT).

This means that, in addition to UPS, GLS and SEUR/DPD, we have practically all well-known transport service providers in our programme.

Here is a list of the standard transport service providers that we use:

Italy: Eurodis

France: UPS

Spain: SEUR

Belgium: UPS

Netherlands: UPS

Switzerland: Swiss Post

Australia: Australian Post / Startrack

As the selected carrier also depends in part on current availability, average transit times, capacity utilisation and prices, we cannot guarantee that the respective carrier will be used for shipping.

Typically, if you do not choose the aforementioned transport service provider, we ship with UPS.

If it is particularly important to you that we ship with a specific carrier, please let us know in advance.
